Return and Refund Policy
At Cendare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
Returning an Item
- To begin the return process, please email our Customer Service team at info@cendare.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions with how and where to return your item.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused.
- All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return shipping costs and creation of the return shipping label, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale may also be returned, but you must first obtain approval from us. Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue. In cases of damaged goods or seller error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping fees are at the customer's expense. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Please ensure that the item is returned according to the provided instructions, and note that we do not deduct any additional charges upon receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift vouchers

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please return the original product as outlined above and place a new order. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to ensure we can dispatch your replacement in a timely manner.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Since we begin processing orders within 1–2 business days, cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.

EU Right of Withdrawal
For customers residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition as specified above.
